Appointments

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment so that you can fill out your consultation form.

Late arrival may result in the treatment time being reduced or treatment being rescheduled.

Prior to your appointment please follow any pre care advice your therapist told you to follow, such as don’t use retinol or AHA/BHA’s, sun exposure, fake tan etc.

Shaving has to be done 24 hours before the treatment, failure to shave can result in being charged £20 for shaving or the appointment being rescheduled.

If you are taking any new medication, have a new medical condition or any changes to your health you MUST let Mi:Skin Laser Clinic know.

Please be aware any moisturisers, deodorants, make-up or oil based products MUST be removed off the skin before the treatment. The therapist will cleanse the skin beforehand, but please be aware we cannot be responsible for any product that might sit deep in the skin or oil-based products which can cause an reaction.

Photographs will be taken before and after every session to be kept on the clients medical file.

Cancellation policy

In Mi:Skin Laser Clinic we have a 48 hour policy in place due to a high level of clients failing to notify us in a sufficient time. Failure to give mi:skin laser clinic less than 48 hours notice will result in deposit being taken or a treatment redeemed off package.

Deposit policy

The deposits for single treatments will be 50%, it will be the same for buying into courses we require 50% deposit. Consultation costs are £35 we must have a £20 deposit to secure the booking. Please still be aware of the cancellation policy.

Payment policy

The correct payment must be made before each treatment, if applying for a finance the finance company must accept the finance and the correct payment should be made to us. If the correct payments are not made we have the right not carry out the treatment.

Refund policy

Please be aware you do have 14 days to change your mind about any courses or treatments you signed up to. After the 14 days we will not authorise a refund unless there is a medical conditional which allow treatment to fully contra-indicate you: there is a list of medical conditions which we have. There will be some medical conditions which allow us to put treatments on hold until we can treat. Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the UK Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded. We don’t refund for change of mind or products which have been opened.

Suitability

Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill are exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.

Consent

In order for us to provide you with great service, it is fundamental that you provide all the information requested in completing consent/medical forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatment(s). You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with our professional team on what you can achieve with your treatment.
